If your product needs to be returned, we’ll provide further instructions. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at our discretion and if approved, will be returned to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back.  

Exchanges are made on a case by case basis and are subject to our discretion.

Please do not ship anything back to us without prior approval as the package may be lost or destroyed.
