What is your shipping policy?

We offer free UPS shipping on orders over $50. All orders under $50 will pay a flat rate of $4.95. We can ship to all 50 US states and territories using UPS. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases. All orders placed before 2

How do I track my order?

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Are you able to ship to all states?

We can ship to all 50 US states and territories using UPS. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases.

What are your shipping timeframes?

All orders placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We only ship within the US, including US Territories using UPS Ground.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No, we ship using UPS and they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Can you ship to Military Bases?

We are unable to ship to any FPO/APO Military Bases. We ship using UPS and they are unable to deliver to these locations.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
